BSOD-Bad Pool Header 0x19 Multiple Dell Laptops

I have multiple new(2011) dell laptops 2 different models, all running windows 7. They work fine on the company network. But when the users take them home and get on VPN they get a BSOD Bad Pool Header 0x19 (0x20, 0xFFFFFFFFB98807E0, 0xFFFFFFFFB9880840, 0x80C0006). It seems to point to dne2000.sys file. If someone could tell me what is causing this exactly and how to fix it. I would appreciate it very much. I am stuck. I have attached the dump files for 2 laptops that are having the error. If there is anything else you need let me know. Thanks.

Both machines are virtually identical in the problem. They Related to dne2000.sys Network Enhancer from Deterministic Networks.. It is over 3 years old and cant possibly work in win 7. I would update to a win 7 compliant version or remove it completely.

Thanks zigzag. I am not sure if any updates are available but I am in contact with the people at deterministic networks in attempt to find a solution that fits.

If no updates are available you may be able to use it under win 7 by re-installing the software in compatibility mode

    (Right click the installer>properties>compatibility>chose OS)
