Intermittent BSODs in Vista & 7

Grateful for any help. They happen often enough to make this computer practically unusable, but I haven't been able to isolate what the cause is. Gaming, browsing, sitting idle, sometimes immediately after start up. Sometimes its good for hours under heavy requirements. Occasionally a black screen. Tried updating most drivers, did the fresh format/install of 7, still getting blue screens. I was able to swap out the memory for a set I know is good, and still got errors so I'm confident its not memory. My suspicion is that its a hardware problem, since it occurred under both OSs, but it would be nice to confirm.

Running Windows 7 x64 OEM, although this computer was originally loaded with Vista. The machine is about 3 years old, the current install is about 3 months.

Please let me know if there's any more information I could provide that would help.

    Perfmon and jcgriff zip attached.

Your .dmp file shows a stop error of 0x124 which is a general hardware error .

A "stop 0x124" is fundamentally different to many other types of bluescreens because it stems from a hardware complaint.

Stop 0x124 minidumps contain very little practical information, and it is therefore necessary to approach the problem as a case of hardware in an unknown state of distress.

You can read more on this error and what to try here... Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try
