BSOD At random times, STOP error

Hi, first time posting on here. I hope I have read all the rules so that I may not perturb anyone. Attached are the requested files

Summary: I get a BSOD at random times, wether i'm playing World of Warcraft, using Google Chrome, or just having my computer sit idle.

P.S. Don't know if this is related, but when I leave my computer idle for a long period of time, the screen saver doesn't activate and when I try to wake up my computer I have to restart it because it doesn't respond to any user input. CTRL+ALT+Delete doesn't work either.

    Is Windows 7 . . .
    - x64
    - the original installed OS on the system? - Yes
    - an OEM or full retail version? - Full Retail

    - What is the age of system (hardware)? - Some components from 1/2 year to about 1 1/4 years old.
    - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) - Yes, just about 5 weeks ago. I was having this same problem (both the BSOD and the freezing idle problem) on the old install. That install was about a year old. I saw major performance issues and decided a full format was needed.

Today (9/12/2011) around 5:20ish PM, was the first time I saw this error on this install.

This one crash was Related to Mo3Fltr.sys WinDDK from Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility Publisher. Yours is 3+ years old

    These two should be updated.
    Code:
    Mo3Fltr.sys 9/17/2008 10:50:37 PM fffff880`040dc000 fffff880`040df200 0x00003200 0x48d1c1fd
    nvm62x64.sys 10/17/2008 5:01:06 PM fffff880`03ef7000 fffff880`03f5ad80 0x00063d80 0x48f8fd12
    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

Mo3Fltr.sys is from my WoW mouse that I have installed. I just went to their site, and downloaded the latest version which seems to be the same version from which I previously installed. I de-installed and re-installed the program/driver nonetheless.

nvm62x64.sys is related to an Nvidia Ethernet driver, um: nVidia Ethernet Networking Driver (nForce chipset driver)
As seen on the page you gave me. I cannot find anything about that, because my mother board is the N68C-S UCC from ASRock.
Site link here: ASRock > Products > N68C-S UCC
When I looked at the manual for the motherboard, it said that my Ethernet was Realtek PHY RTL8201EL, speed 10/100 Mb/s

I also just re-installed the Nvidia drivers from the ASRock site for my motherboard. Is there any way to upload some more data for you guys so you can tell if the 2 drivers that you listed are now up to date?

So since I cannot find the motherboard on Nvidia (since it isn't a motherboard) and the Nvidia drivers on the ASRock haven't seemed to work either I'm once again stumped...

    Ty for the continued advice.
