It's saying file not found or no read permission...I go to properties and untick read only....then it does the same thing...go to properties again and it's ticked...

Type dxdiag in the start>search box and see if there are any issues with directx under each tab and also select test the digitally signed as well..

I want you to run memtest86 via this guide cause I'm beginning to think this is hardware related and not driver and I want to rule it out so follow this guide to the letter and post back the results tomorrow: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

I fell asleep with it on...woke up at about 5 in the morning GMT...it had done about 7 passes if I can remember properly. I esc out of it forgetting the usb stick was still in...it rebooted and started again...so I just left it on for another 5 passes.
No problems there.
