Try running Memtest86 again: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Test all the sticks at the same time, then remove all but one and test again. The point is to test each stick in each slot individually, to determine whether a stick or a slot is the issue, and which one.

Swap the RAM sticks to see if the problem persists with each one by itself. Test each one individually following the steps given by Jonathan.

guys i found the problem...i think................ actually i was playing black ops and it went off again i rebooted and checked ma temp's at pc probe and i found the temperature of my ram was not normal it was 47c and was recorded as warning and therefore my pc shutt'd down every 2-3 hours or accordingly as it heated. so what can do i have a fan facing my ram sticks i mean they blow air on it should i reverse it ?

How did you get a temp reading on your RAM? What are the readings for CPU, case, or any others? Please post them up.

Go ahead and blow a fan at the RAM sticks. While I doubt those temps would cause a problem, it wouldn't hurt to bring them down. Plus, once you do, you can rule that out as a possible cause.

I'd still think that either the RAM or the motherboard needs to be replaced, and most likely it's the RAM itself.
