BSOD random, either while/not doing anything

This is my first post here but I am desperate. I have been getting 1-2 BSOD's a day now after I got my new harddrive and video card (2TB Western Digital Black Caviar 64mb cache and EVGA Geforce 570). The BSOD disappears before I can rite down the code but the screen that pops up says the BCCODE is 1A.

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 1a
    BCP1: 0000000000041790
    BCP2: FFFFFA8000BF9D00
    BCP3: 000000000000FFFF
    BCP4: 0000000000000000
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\091111-40716-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Corey\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-69560-0.sysdata.xml

I have attached the zip file to this post.

Before we test the card itself please first check the following:
    1. reseat card and check power connection(s). That is a good card but it also needs a good PSU. Hope you checked that well.
    2. delete all nvidia graphics stuff, use driver sweeper to be sure it is gone and the ONLY install drivers, NO Afterburner or the like.

Test. If it still fails, test again in Safe mode. if it still fails, upload newest dumps and also start Driver Verifier. Post back any results or, if I'm going too fast here, for help on that, no problem..
