x64 Frequent BSOD 0x3B, others - no consistent active application

Which has been running about one year. I upgraded the hardware to:
10.0 GB RAM
NVidia GeForce GTX 460
Corsair GS600 PSU
No overclocking or anything like that.
It's been giving me blue screens for a while now. I've gotten a 0x7E, a 0xC4, a 0x3D, I believe a 0x1A, and mainly 0x3B. I was thinking it was hardware related for a while, because on occasion the system wouldn't boot and showed no hard disk access. I was suspecting perhaps a memory problem, a bad hard disk, or even a bad disk controller.
Ran MemTest86 for multiple passes without any problems at all. Ran a variety of hard disk tests with SeaTools and showed no problems. I had a suspicion that this was being caused my my power supply - at the time a 430 watt thermaltake. Replacing the stock PSU allowed the system to seemingly run fine. Testing with Prime95 crashed the thermaltake, but the stock PSU - while failing the tests - didn't crash the system. The Corsair GS600 ran perfectly stable and passed all of the Prime95 tests, running several instances at once. I thought it was fixed.
HP has not provided a BIOS update. I have updated the video drivers and any other drivers I could find.
Then bluescreens came back. Eventually, I reached the conclusion that it was AVG, which I uninstalled and replaced with MSE as recommended on a variety of forum posts here and elsewhere. Things seemed fine since then, until the other day when it BSOD again during StarCraft 2. At this point, I couldn't boot the system - same problem with no initial hard disk access. I then discovered that one of the memory DIMM clips was not snapped all the way, and thought that perhaps if the DIMM was making intermittent contact, this may have been the problem the whole time - which would make sense since I have moved the system a bit the past few weeks and it could have caused it to shift if loose. Reinserting it (and checking the seating of all the other DIMMs) seemed to fix it perfectly.
Now today, another BSOD, this time 0x3B. I wasn't doing anything at the time - simply sitting on the desktop with the browser and a notepad window open. Here are the requested files, attached. I have run Driver Verifier twice before. Neither time could I produce a crash.
The dump files tend to point to chrome.exe as the process and ntkrnlmp.exe as the image.
