Random BSOD on windows 7 Bluescreen viewer results also included
Hello guys. am a newbie to this forum. Recently i have started getting the BSOD problem on my aspire timeline x. i did normal virus scans and nothing was found. after researching more about it i came upon this forum and i hope you guys can help. am a student and cannot afford to send my laptop to repair at acer.
The computer usually crashes when i have many YouTube video loading and MSN messenger running in the background. it has also crashed on random occasions like surfing the net, playing song or even transferring files to my Hdd. The problem kind of started around a point of time where my system could not apply the new windows updates. i tried to do a system restore and it still did not help.
All my drivers are up to date.
Like requested on the other post i have attached the Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 folder & the PERFMON HTML file.
Please help me find my way out of this. i have my final year projects to do and if possible give me as detailed instructions on how to deal with this.
THANK YOU !
