    I guess this was the right tip!

    Thanks alot! I just deactivated my USB-Soundinterface (Roland Quad Capture) - that was it! Never became a BSOD since yet (before deactivating I had a BSOD nearly every 20 min.)

    I´ll try to contact Roland, maybe they can explain me the issue...
