BSOD, seems to occur randomly, F4 error code with wininit and csrss

I'm hoping someone can please help me with my apparently random BSODs.

The PC can be idle (but not in sleep mode), playing COD: Black Ops, virus scanning or using Chrome when I experience a BSOD.

CPU, motherboard, ram and one 1tb hdd are brand new. PSU, video card and two hdds were carried over from an older system that BSODed and literally died (could not boot up, so can't provide crash dump - unsure if current BSODs are related)

Windows is a fresh install on a reformatted older hard drive. BSODs began almost immediately after fresh install and continue to this day. Most recently last night during a virus scan (Avast).

All drivers are up to date. Motherboard BIOS version is current (0606 from ASUS)

Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit OEM
CPU: Core i5-2500k
Motherboard: ASUS P8Z68-V
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8gb 1600mhz CL9
Video: Geforce 260 GTX
HDD1: 200gb western digital
HDD2: 1tb seagate
HDD3: 1tb seagate

The only overclocking is having XMP is enabled on the RAM.

This machine is driving me nuts, almost to a point of buying a DELL.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Getting rather generic looking information from your dump files.
Could you do me a quick favor and follow the steps here and post back with results?

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

It might not hurt to scan for malware either.

Thanks for the quick reply Maguscreed.

I ran the system scan and it came back saying there were no integrity violations.

The malware scan said my system was clean (although I could only run the quick scan, the full scan would always lock up)

Is there any other info I could give to point you in the right direction?

I've been doing the research to try and figure out what is going on here, but I haven't found anything to suggest that my BSODs are being caused by one issue in particular. I have a new PC build, and it is BSODing when I would open up new Chrome tabs. The other day, it crashed while idling. I...
