    BSOD after waking up from sleep


    I have been having this problem for awhile now. I believe it is from one of my slower hard drives taking a long time to spin up while my SSD is already up. Anyway here are my dump files and health report. There are dump files from other types of driver errors in there as well so please look at the two latest one. Thanks in advanced.

    Please update these old drivers,starting from ASACPI.sys= Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility (a known BSOD maker in Windows 7). Also a part of the Asus PCProbe and AISuite Utilities ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download

    I installed Asus PCProbe and now got the latest version of ASACPI.sys =).

    I was not able to find the other two drivers using my googlefu unfortunately. I looked through my drivers list and I see that the secdrv.sys is timestamped on 2009 so it somehow got updated, but was not able to find WinRing0x64.sys

    Anyway hopefully the BSOD is gone. Thanks so much for the help. =)

    Nope. I do not use any gadgets. Oddly I received a BSOD on wakeup again, but it did not produce a dump. I'll post up a new dump file once I can reproduce it. =/ Thanks

    Yes I did. I noticed the BSOD error message was on iastor.sys so I updated IRST and had a successful wake up from sleep. I'll keep updating this post if the problem persists still. Thanks

    2nd wake up from sleep was successful. Looking good so far. Definitely a lot better than 0% success rate. =)

    I have no idea what happened. I haven't used this computer for 3 months and before it BSOD maybe once every 10 wakeup so I kinda ignored it. Before I updated the drivers, I was BSODed every time.

    I will keep this thread open for another 2 days and see. Thanks =)
