Problem Event Name: BlueScreen whilst playing Shogun 2

I took a picture of the BlueScreen when it appeared and attached it to this post, dunno if that helps at all...

When I first got my computer it had error screen showing as turned off and my computer restarted it's self a couple of times after playing about 2hrs or so of "NFS: World" sometimes 4hrs, I'm assuming that this is probably the same problem anyways..


I had been playing "Shogun 2" all afternoon from 11:00 till 4:00. I know, I'm addicted..



When the BlueScreen poped up I was in a large battle, was about to win it too :/


I don't know if this will help at all but my computers specs are..

Processor: AMD PHENOM II X4 970 AM3 3.5 GHZ QUADCORE

Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-880GM-USB3 DESKTOP MOTHERBOARD

Graphics Card: XFX HD6670 800Mhz PCIe/1GB/DVI/HDMI/DP

Power Supply: COOLERMASTER EXTREME POWER PLUS 550W

Operating System: MS WINDOWS 7 HOME PREMIUM OEM/64BIT - Full Retail Version - Pre-installed by a company for me

Please follow these simple steps and upload here your bsod folder.

Please remove avg and clean it from your system using the,avgremoverx64.exe

Download and install Microsoft Security Essentials

Enable windows firewall.

Update your Logitech SetPoint Logitech - Support & Software Downloads

Finish with the above steps and post back with any results.

Tip: Never dont use 2 antivirus together in many cases this cause bsod,just remove avg and keep Microsoft Security Essentials.

For the Logitech set point,Uninstall it,then go to this website Logitech - Support & Software Downloads and download and instal the most recent Logitech set point.

I just put em both on so that I don't get viruses

Bad idea

Avg in many cases causes bsod and also in your pc.

Please follow my instructions step by step!

Finish with all the above steps then post back with results.

Keep and update Microsoft Security Essentials.

Enable windows firewall.

Update your Logitech SetPoint,by uninstall it,then download and install the most recent from Logitech - Support & Software Downloads

Finish first with the above steps THEN post back with any results.
