Ugh Id love to but It keeps doing blue screen before I can do anything. WHat now? Is this a driver problem ? I have no clue where to find or what these drivers are for.. whats the most important one? maybe I can get that one done before I crash again ugh sighs.
Ok some are in windows update after going to your driver reference page and they dont come up when i go to update .. the one thing i tried to do when i got to it installing its said microsoft operating system serivce pack not supported go to windows update and update but it says i have no updates.

Hi carol I posted on your old thread take a look there and read what I said to do and then we can go ahead and start working from this thread I didn't realize I was on the old thread just until now, but anyway have a look and as stated if you have the McAfee sofware and lavasoft installed please uninstall them both and install just the MSE, here is a link to uninstall the McAfee software completely and the one for lavasoft is on the other thread: McAfee uninstaller: http://download.mcafee.com/products/...tches/MCPR.exe
