DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Daily Error

I have been getting the DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSoD error ever single day for the past week and a half. Sometimes more than once per day. I ran the hardware diagnostics but everything passed so now I've come here for help. I really don't want to have to reinstall Windows if I can avoid it.

Anyways the diagnostic files are attached and here are my system specs:

I have a Dell N5010 Laptop
Intel Core i3 2.53 Ghz
3.0 GB RAM
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

Literally all of these were Related to NETw5s64.sys Wireless WiFi Link Driver from Intel Corporation. I would re-install newest version


How To Find Drivers:

- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
