    BSOD-SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 0x0000003b

Hello all, any help woul dbe greatly appreciated:

1- I dowloaded and installed the windows (GUI) debug tool WinDBG, and downloaded and installed the symbols, but am unable to load the symbols into debug as i do not know which sub-directory to load (MSoft is SOOO helpful with this).

2- BSOD - seems to go away in safe mode. Was intermittent a few weeks ago, now is every 5 mins or so, if not quicker.
Have attached requisite collected info per BSOD posting rules. Also listing Blueview info:
    SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
    bug check code: 0x0000003b
    crash address: ntoskrnl.exe+7cc40
    caused by driver: mrxsmb20.sys

    ok, uninstalled IObit

Thank you for your reply. I uninstalled IObit. Is that an educated guess on your part, or is it based on the attached reporting? (BTW- after it ran ok in safe mode, i took a chance and reseumed normal mode, and have not gotten a BSOD all morning, bucking the trend. I have now uninstalled IObit).
