BSOD "irql_not_less_or_equal" + Hotfixes Problem in Safe Mode
Hi
I recently got the BSOD problem with "irql_not_less_or_equal" term. I found some hotfixes in microsoft website that installing them can help me fix this problem.
Unfortunately, these hotfixes need to perform in normal mode (with "windows update service" enabled) but I can't access normal mode because I recieved the BSOD in normal mode and I can only boot in "safe mode", and in "safe mode" the "windows update service" can't be enabled.
These are the hotfixes that are related to my problem:
Windows6.1-KB976746-x86.msu
Windows6.1-KB978571-x86.msu
Windows6.1-KB979444-x86.msu
Windows6.1-KB979711-x86.msu
Windows6.1-KB979903-x86.msu
Windows6.1-KB2547257-x86.msu
Windows6.1-KB2549036-x86.msu
Windows6.1-KB2582260-x86.msu
When I executed these hotfixes, I received this error:
"installer encountered an error: 0x8007043c"
"this service cannot be started in safe mode"
Can you show me a solution to install these hotfixes in "safe mode" ?
(I already tried adding the following registry item "REG ADD “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\SafeBoot\
Minimal\MSIServer” /VE /T REG_SZ /D “Service” net start msiserver" and also tried "SafeMSI.exe" tool, but they didn't help me")
UPDATE: I downloaded "Windows_NT6_BSOD_v3.03_jcgriff2_.exe" and executed it in safe mode and attached the result.
I also tried the "System Health Report" (perfmon /report), but it couldn't generate the report and gave me the following error:
"An error occured while attempting to generate the report"
