Could you tell me exactly how you installed Ubuntu in your dual boot? Did you use Wubi Installer or install the OS on a separate partition?
I put in the installation disk for 11.04 then click install Ubuntu side by side Windows 7.
Right, okay. So you can boot into Ubuntu, but not Windows 7? Does the Grub Boot Loader appear on startup? This should be the screen which gives you an option of booting into Windows 7 or Ubuntu.
So the boot loader does appear? In that case, what does pressing Enter on Windows 7 do? Does the Windows sign appear, computer shutdown, error message etc?
It says Setup beginning then a popup says Windows could not start installation process.
Well, it looks like the problem is with Ubuntu's Grub Boot Loader. Have a read of the link below and see if it is similar to your problem. There is also a solution posted there which you would do well to follow.
SourceForge.net: Boot Problems:Boot Sector - bootinfoscript
You should also try running a Startup Repair from a system repair disc.
Startup Repair
My sectors are Identical (backup boot and boot sector are identical)
Run the Startup Repair. If it reports any errors, run it once more.
