Random computer restarts with no BSOD
I've had this computer for almost a year and had been working fine. All of a sudden it started restarting on its own. The first few times I thought I had pulled the power cable, or touched some button. I formatted the hard drive and made a clean install, but the crashes continue. They come randomly, and since my clean install the crashes have occurred on: Sept 11(3 times), Sept 17(once), Sept 21(twice), Sept 24(once), Sept 27(once), Sept 28(once).
The CPU temperature at the crash is always around 60 degrees, the GPU temp at the crash has been between 40 degrees and 80 degrees(it crashed while gaming). I have run memtest86 for a few hours with all the sticks, and then alternating sticks, and then alternating slots. No error has occurred. My GPU has worked fine with another system.
Tried to make the computer post a BSOD on crash, but it just restarts, as if someone had unplugged it, and plugged it back again. There is also no dump file created. I have only the keyboard, and mouse connected to usb ports. I think this may be a MOBO or PSU problem but am not really sure. If anyone has any help they can give it would be greatly appreciated.
My specs are:
MOBO: ASUS P6x58d-e
GPU: Nvidia GTX 470
CPU: Core i7 950
Hard drive: WD Caviar Black 1TB
RAM: GSkill F3-12800CL9-6GBNQ
PSU: Corsair TX750
