    Update these old drivers,

    Code:
    ASACPI.sys fffff880`02ea4000 fffff880`02eac000 0x00008000 0x4a0b72fd 14-May-09 4:25:17 πμ
    GEARAspiWDM.sys fffff880`04a00000 fffff880`04a0d000 0x0000d000 0x4a1151c0 18-May-09 3:17:04 μμ
ASACPI.sys is >---> Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility (a known BSOD maker in Win7). Also a part of the Asus PCProbe and AISuite Utilities.
ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download

    GEARAspiWDM.sys
is >---> CD-ROM Class Filter Driver by Gear Software
    Also comes with iTunes
GEAR Software - DVD Mastering Software & CD Burning Software & GEAR PRO Mastering

Tip: Always, everything and anything not necessary just uninstall it from your system). For example if you have installed in your system poweriso 2008 and you never use it just uninstall it.

    Old software\drivers=bsod.

    panais,

I've already updated ASACPI.sys as the latest version from ASUS driver downloads: there's any other source I can't remember where get it?

And I've unistalled ITunes... and never installed poweriso 2008! How I can unistall?

I've got not much on my system right now, not even far from a working usable machine!

And by the way, thanks a lot for your help, I really appreciate that!

Did you disable driver verifier? If not please disable it.

Run memtest, this time leave it to run overnight if possible.
