panais,
I've already updated ASACPI.sys as the latest version from ASUS driver downloads: there's any other source I can't remember where get it?
And I've unistalled ITunes... and never installed poweriso 2008! How I can unistall?
I've got not much on my system right now, not even far from a working usable machine!
And by the way, thanks a lot for your help, I really appreciate that!
Just in case it helps ( because I really think it's the main problem here ) my ASACPI.sys versioning is 1043.5.0.0 dated 14/05/2009 (as the latest version from ASUS)
Crashed again and again... but I've noticed that it does every time I do a disk operation ( download, copy, extract, etc.. )
Did you disable driver verifier? If not please disable it.
Run memtest, this time leave it to run overnight if possible.
