BSOD occurs at random times. Multiple error codes.

I'm have been recieving BSOD for the past few weeks. They occur at random times, and never when the PC is under stress. It has happened when surfing the web on Google Chrome, after closing Battlefield 3 beta, immediately after logging into windows, after running a stability test using AMD Overdrive, etc

I have ran Memtest86+, Chkdsk, SFC, with no errors on any of them. I have made sure everything in my system is seated properly. I have completely re-installed window And am still receiving the BSOD. Some times I'll get 2-3 a day other times I will go 2-3 days with out one.

    System Specs:
    Windows 7 Home Premium x64 SP1
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Processor 3.20 GHz
    12.0 GB DDR3 RAM
    Radeon HD6770
    MSI 870A-G54
    Corsair GS700
    Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 320GB 75+GB free

Attached are the 3 dump files my computer created since the re-install.
If you need anything else, just ask. Thanks ahead of time for any help you can offer.

The source of the problem is:
AODDriver2.sys Thu Apr 22 06:28:05 2010 (4BD024B5) AMD Overdrive; also in EasyTune6 for Gigabyte motherboard Raid. Frag. Dominate your games. | GAME.AMD.COM

Personally I would just remove the utility

You may also consider turning off driver verifier as it may be causing crashes you wouldn't normally experience.

I have removed AMD overdrive to see if this will fix the problem and shut off Driver Verifier.

I only ran Driver Verifier because I read in a forum that it could help pinpoint the driver causing the problem.

Was This driver apparent in all my Minidumps as a problem?
