Download and install Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems

Use Revo to uninstall Trusteer Rapport. Rapport is known to cause BSOD's on many Win 7 systems.

Finish with these steps and post back with any results.

I would remove it at least to test or permanently if it is the cause. If it is critical I would update it to the newest version.

Given that the hardware is about 2.5 years old it is something you probably installed. To uninstall it go into control panel>programs and features>find the program and click uninstall

You can try to find an updated version by googling it.
