BSOD in normal mode after 40 mins use, & BSOD in safe mode
Good day guys,
I've been encountering BSOD when i am using my laptop for at most 45 mins, even if i just left my unit with out any program running.. always going back to the user password.. which means it BSODed then restarted..
And when i try to open it in safe mode, blue screen occurs within seconds after i entered my password..
I've been following threads in this site hoping that i might find a similar case and a solution..no luck..
Hope someone could help me solve this problem..
I have also noticed that BSOD seldom happens when i'm connected to the net.. i don't know if it means anything, but i can use my laptop up to 5 hrs when connected to internet.
I have sent this unit to sony service center due to BSOD, i guess they just restored it to factory settings.. since when i got the unit back, i still have the same problem.. Also i have recently restored unit to factory setting.. but still the same problem..
below are system specs.. also attached docs.
- windows 7 home premuim
- original installed
- 64-bit operating system
- OEM
- unit bought last January 2011, (10 mos)
- intel pentium P6100 @2.00GHZ 2.00 GHZ
- age of harware(don't know how to look but i found "ACPIx64-based PC" was first install on 14/07/2009)
- Have done system restore (factory setting) last september 2011.
I certainly hope that someone could help me fix this problem..
Thank you...
ps. i can't upload the zip files for my problem.. always 0%.. can i ask for email address so that i could send my zip files.. cuz now i just can't upload it. it is only 1.81MB & max upload for rar/zip is 8MB..
heres details of the bsod..
