I just noticed -- the RAM stick on the right is not properly seated.
Reseat RAM; Push down FIRMLY on each end, you'll hear a click and the white clips will snap into place like the others.

thats the thing i did one of the test inside windows when i formated it and it said it was passt all the test:S then i restarted computer baam the damn error.. yeah that one wasent seated probably thanks but it still dident fix the issue ; but i went to the motherboard statistics and i found that it only supports 3.0GB/S SATA HDD and the HDD I use is 1.5GB/S you think that might be the error?
Asus Page, Storage Built-in Controller :
6 x SATA 3Gb/s port(s), blue
Support Raid 0, 1, 10, JBOD SATA 3GB/s my Harddisk is 1.5 GB/s do you think that could be the problem?

I asked someone who knows hardware better than I and he replied -
It should be backwards compatible . . when you go the other way e.g. Sata I controller with a Sata II drive, you have to change the jumper
