    Hi Inuy :)

    In this order,

    Download and install Driver Sweeper

Download the most recent software\driver for your ati http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx

Uninstall ati software\driver,restart in safe mode, run driver sweeper, choose only AMD-Display and clean, restart in normal mode.

    Install the new ATI software\driver,restart.

    Update DirectX

Run Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

Run RAM - Test with Memtest86+

    Post back here the results.

Dumps point to the DirectX components of your AMD driver, this is more likely a problem with your graphics card. A replacement would be needed, try to test the graphics card in another PC if possible.
