BSOD during WoW, 0x8000000000000002

I'm going to start out and state that this is not my own computer, but rather a friends computer. She's not terribly computer savvy, so I'm her tech guru when it comes to her computer. However, her current issue has me stumped.
It's a mixture of both crashing while playing WoW, and other freezes.
At this moment I don't know her computer specs, beyond that it's a dual core, 2.33ghz each, with 3 GB of RAM.
Windows 7 x64.
Unsure if it's OEM or retail.
Installation is only a few days old.
For some reason, no memory dumps exist, despite the option to create a dump being checked in the system settings.

I also neglected to run perfmon while I had access to her computer.

I'm hoping someone can help with this. If the rest of her computer specs are required, or the PerfMon report, I can get those and report back, but as I said before, there are no crash dumps I could find.

NOTE: I have severe eye problems. If I do not respond to your postings, please PM another staff member for assistance.

Please do the following to update Windows:
Installing Windows 7 Service Pack 1
1. Visit the PC manufacturer's website and update ALL drivers. DO NOT use Windows Update or the "Update drivers" function of Device Manager.
2. Check Device Manager for any unknown/disabled devices - if there are unknown/disabled devices, fix them with the latest drivers from the device manufacturer's website (not the PC Manufacturer)
3. Visit Windows Update and get all updates
4. Visit Windows Update and get Service Pack 1 (usually under Important Updates). Read these notes for installing SP1: Steps to follow before you install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 from the Microsoft Download Center
5. Visit Windows Update and get any other available updates
No evidence of BSOD's in the WER (Windows Error Reporting) section of MSINFO32
As such, I'd have to start out by suspecting hardware issues. Please try the following free diagnostics:
H/W Diagnostics:
Please start by running these bootable hardware diagnostics:
Memory Diagnostics (read the details at the link)
HD Diagnostic (read the details at the link) - Test ALL of the hard drives.

Also, please run one of these free, independent online malware scans to ensure that your current protection hasn't been compromised: Free Online AntiMalware Resources (read the details at the link)
There are also free, bootable antivirus disks at this link: Free Online AntiMalware Resources - Bootable Disks
Post back with the results and we'll move on from there.

I recently built a new system, and I am getting intermittent BSODs. I think I may need to simply bump up my cpu-nb voltage a bit to stabilize my overclock, but I wanted to rule out graphics card driver conflicts first. I appreciate the help in interpreting this info. Thanks! -Both the relevant...
