i agree with shark, unfortionatly i cant download your files for some reason, but the driver update from windows is just my suggestion, the most current one will beat the manufactures site, and it's pretty surely the problem

yes they point to it and my drivers point to it. The problem with it pointing to the drivers is that there's 30 ways for it to go bad. It's a very general error message.
I have tried 8 different versions of the drivers beta and non beta drivers.
just use the most current NONbeta
okay it could be an infected driver, asacpi.sys has had a tendicy to conceal some malware, what have you run as fas as A/V scaning, etc
Honestly if you read a lot of these debugging posts, they will tell you not to use avg or norton or mcafee or any of those antivirus programs.
Only use malwarebytes to scan and use Microsoft security essentials for realtime protection.
Please uninstall your current antivirus and Install Microsoft Security essentials and Malwarebytes. Run a scan with malwarebytes immediately.

Click the "download now: cnet secure" button for malwarebytes. Update it then run full scan.
Also note that the dump did not point to asacpi.
You also need to completely eliminate remaining driver files from your computer, especial;ly given the amount of times you have re-installed your drivers.
Please follow the instructions for using driversweeper.
Then reinstall the most recent driver from nvidia site.

thats basically what i had said and was getting at with the a/v SCAN and prev asking about norten as it always triggers this error in my experience.
also the bsod indicated a problem with the mentioned driver and as i said that has been a fav of many malwares, I'd check its location to be sure it's in the correct dir and not the system or win dir. but malwarebytes will handle that i still hav not gotten an answer as to if he has already run it 5min ago, so that whas my reasoning for asking what he ran as far a s scanning s/w
i haven't run any a/v programs since im waiting to get a stable build.
I dont have any malware or any viruses. My windows is patched all the way up.
I do have a clean install of the video drivers. I have been doing the uninstall physx, reboot into safe mode, uninstall drivers, 2 different cleaning programs to clean out the reg and drivers and files. Then reboot and install.
Got a new .dmp file. I am happy to finally see a blue screen:)
Using the driver verifier. The first time i tried using it i only checked 1/2 the non microsoft drivers. This time its all the non microsoft drivers.
Not using verifier gives me crashes a lot quicker. Using verifier gives me about 6-12 hours of stableness.
Yes it still points at the driver but its not longer that the driver timed out message. I am not able to understand the rest of the error message however.

You are getting a "bugcheck 3B: system_service_exception"
The c0000005 parameter indicates a memory exception most likely linked to a driver.
The dump is pointing towards swtor.exe Starwars the old republic
This is still linked to your "Nvidia compatible windows vista kernel mode driver" or nvlddmkm.sys
It still points to your video driver
You should still run memtest 86+ to ensure that your ram is stable.
Follow the instructions for memtest and run the program for atleast 5-6 passes, 7 or more is better.
RAM - Test with Memtest86+
