Laptop crash no response memory dump crash

My laptop, Packard Bell Easynote TM81, has been crashing and restarting by itself, and when it does, the ENTIRE system will not respond. So I try to format the entire thing, and after a few days, when I have gotten used to it, it comes up with a screen for 1 second, and all I could read was "system memory dump" and "CPU memory dump". So during this month, I have had to format the entire thing OVER AND OVER. I can't reinstall the system, because I am using a laptop, which comes with no Windows 7 CD. Please help!

It honestly sounds like a heat related issue to me, if you could follow the instructions here:

one of the bsod readers here could help you.
Or perhaps even myself if I ever get the time to reinstall the debugging software on my system.
