    BSOD after restart, error 0x000000FE

    Hello,

This is a new system and for some reason it is not stable. A few days ago I had to revert to a restore point because it would not start. I would get a BSOD. I believe it was an update to Graphics card, not sure.

Another time I was just using Chrome.

And then more frequently after running fine, I shut down and everything seems fine, then when I try to start up again I get an error reading disk or a BSOD. This is what happened in the attached minidump.

Attached is a zip with all the info and I added the system specs in my profile.

    More info:
    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: fe
    BCP1: 0000000000000006
    BCP2: FFFFFA800B220C00
    BCP3: 0000000043787254
    BCP4: 0000000000000000
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1

Thank you very much for your help.

    Hello jbteros
    & welcome.

These were related to your USBPORT.SYS driver.
Please re-install the driver and do these two things.

    * First run a system file check to verify and repair your OS files
