    BSOD on fresh installed system.

    Hello there fellow debuggers.

I just got a BSOD on a fresh installed Windows 7 professional x64 system. Therefore my GPU drivers and Soundcard drivers are up to date! :)

It happened when I was on YouTube and I opened a new video to play, at the time the video was supposed to Play/Load I got the BSOD with the error "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION".

I hope you can help me out, because I don't know how to do it myself.

    Thank in advance!

You have just one minidump, not very helpful.

    Though,

Update your Realtek RTL8168D/8111D Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC

    Realtek

Finish with this and post back with any results.

Minidump is pointing to "ntkrnlmp" or NT kernel, multiprocessing. This is most likely not the cause as this is a crucial windows process.

BugCheck 3B with exception code "0xc0000005"
This exception parameter usually points to a driver issue.

    SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b)
Usual causes: System service, Device driver, graphics driver, memory

Please try to update all drivers.

Run memtest 86+ following all instructions. The program should be run to atleast 7 full passes.
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Also, please enable driver verifier so that we can pinpoint the faulty driver. Follow the instructions carefully.
Using Driver Verifier to identify issues with Drivers

Post back with results and good luck,
