BSOD out of nowhere doing anything

I need help with this problem.
I have a Windows 7 Ultimate x86 that I upgraded from Windows Vista Home Premium myself. The graphic card is NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS and a RAM of 2GB. The laptop is an HP Pavilion dv2748TX.

I've been having this Blue-screen of death problem for a long time but it will be acting up for a while and it'll eventually get resolved by itself and there won't be another BSOD for mostly months.

This time, it happened again and I just can't stand it anymore. I was about to play League of Legends this time and my laptop crashed. So, the laptop restarted and usual when startup is finished, Windows would tell about the crash and it says the problem was BlueScreen and I realised this time (first time) my graphic driver was stopped by Windows because the driver have been causing problem on the device manager.

So, please guys, any solution? This laptop was really expensive when I bought it and so I want to keep using it.

    You have the 0x124 error.

Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try

If you are overclocking anything stop.

Download and install Speccy - Standard
Take a snip\screenshot from the summary and post it here.

Run RAM - Test with Memtest86+

You can also run hardware-stress-test-prime95 to stress and test your cpu, though is a bit risky for laptops do to the high temperatures. If you decide to run prime95 hava always in mind the temperatures and if they go very high cancel the test.

    Another observation:
Since I don't know maybe 2 months ago, the RAM usage is always at the region of 40-50%.
