BSOD nvstor.sys DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
I'm getting this BSOD on Windows 7 Ultimate 32-Bit. I kept getting them when I was casually using my computer, so I started using Windows XP Professional 32-Bit because it was on my 2nd partition, and it works perfectly.
So what I did was I pressed F8 on Windows 7 for more options and I did "driver restore" something like that, I can't fully remember. I also tried chkdsk, and it found nothing. Lastly, I tried Memory Diagnostics, and Windows found nothing wrong with my RAM. I also tried another RAM checker but I forgot the name, however it seemed to be recommended by a lot of people.. and it found nothing wrong as well.
Specs:
4GB RAM - 2GB RAM came with my computer, and I bought an extra 2 myself.

I backed up all of my files on a USB Drive, and tried to install a fresh copy of Windows 7 Ultimate (64 Bit) because I found out my computer is 64 Bit, however I have been using 32 Bit this whole time because I didn't know (my computer is both 32/64 bit compatible) however, that just freezes at Expanding Files.. 0%. So I tried to install Windows 7 x86, and it freezes on Expanding Files.. 0% as well. So I kept trying, and it finally got to 18% ONCE. Then it froze, I tried again and it gave me the nvstor.sys DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSoD.
I've googled a lot and can't find anything that will help me fix it, also here is a new problem.. Windows 7 boots up on Start up Repair and I can't do advanced options (F8) so I'm stuck on Windows XP.
I tried to get minidump files for you guys, but C:\Windows appears to have no minidump folder.
Here's a screenshot:
