    BSOD on computer WakeUp BAD_POOL_CALLER


    Hello All

    I just recently started to get BSOD on my laptop when i open it.
    The OS is windows 7 OEM, and had it just over a year.

    The files are attached if someone has the time to help me

    Hi BLgled


    Uninstall Hotspot shield from your system.


    Hotspot Shield


    Finish with this step and post back with any results.

    OMG, i can't believe i didnt think about that, especially as i think it started around the time i installed it, ill give it a go

    Uninstall it. :)


    Hotspot Shield it may also change your home page.


    Uninstall hotspot shield then set back your default home page,for example Google.



    Check also if you have installed the hotspot shield toolbar and remove if still there after removing hotspot shield.




    And remember to post back with any results.

    so left my computer with lid shut for a while, and resumed perfect, and dont worry about all the crapware with it i didnt put it on, the problem is i need it to be able to access sites my residence blocks (ie: youtube)

    The point is to get rid the bsod! :)

    I reinstalled Hotspot Shield and it does i again ! What could i do?

    What? Why?



    I analyzed your minidumps and they are point to Hotspot Shield,thats why i advice you to uninstall it.


    You uninstall it,NO more bsod.


    You install it,you have bsod.


    Simple?

    yeah i understand, i was just asking if somebody new about the "bug" and how to fix it, without uninstalling the software, or an alternative
