Random BSODs - faulty RAM?

Greetings,

I bought Acer Travelmate 8473TG and while working or playing games it randomly crashes to BSOD, every time reffering to another system file, e. g. win32k.sys, ntfs.sys or fltmgr.sys.

NB specs:
Intel Core i5 2410M Sandy Bridge, 14" LED 1366x768, 1x RAM 4GB, NVIDIA GeForce GT540M 1GB, Windows 7 Professional 64bit

I finished:

chdsk - no errors found
Prime95 - with lots of RAM tested crashed to BSOD after few minutes
MEMtest86 - 1. attempt found 4000+- errors after few minutes, so i stopped the test
2. attempt this time I let test running 9 hours. no errors found
3. attempt this morning I tried it once more. it took 2 or 3 minutes to find 4077 errors

I'm not sure about these results. Is the RAM 100% faulty or not?

I've found only 3 dump files (attachments).

Yes, your RAM is defective or incorrect RAM settings are set in your BIOS. Reset your BIOS it its default values and stop any overclocking if any, be sure to test each RAM stick individually

I haven't changed absolutely anything in BIOS and I wouldn't use OC in laptop. Laptop has only one memory stick.

Then the RAM should be replaced, the problem is at the hardware level and cannot be fixed by software. The cause may be a defect in your RRAM

I wasn't sure, if it could be motherboard problem. I hope Acer in Europe will replace that RAM without problems and delay.

There's one more thing. All those BSODs messed up my OS. Also my recovery partition (factory default) doesn't work for some reason. It keeps saying "please complete operating system setup process before doing system recovery". so, can I download install dvd of my OS and activate it with OEM key on the bottom of the laptop? I've read somewhere that it wouldn't work

No, unless you get an OEM version. Your OEM key won't work with the standard RTM version of Windows 7
