BSOD only when playing Battlefield Bad Company 2

    Hi,

    I've upgraded my pc with

    I5 2500K
    Gigabyte P67X-UD3-B3
    Corsair Vengeance 2 x 4 gig DDR 3 1600 mhz
    Corsair TX 750 watt V2
    Asus 560 gtx ti

My os is W7 ultimate x64

Now when I play Battlefield my system crashes to blue screen, I've got no idea why. And a another problem I have is when I'm surfing on the web, my screen goes black and I get a notification that my driver did go bad and has been fixed.

I'm thinking there's something wrong with the videocard or motherboard. Do I need to flash my motherboard?

    Update
    these old software\drivers

    Welcome to GIGABYTE TECHNOLOGY

    Razer Tarantula Keyboard Driver

Tip: All the crashes occur during loading PunkBuster.
If its possible uninstall it for testing purposes.

So I uninstalled EasyTune, and installed the Razer Lycosa driver, as I didnt install a driver for my keyboard yet. Then uninstalled punkbuster, rebooted and installed new punkbuster manually.

    Fingers crossed

Now gonna play battlefield a bit
