My Pc freezes and goes to the BSOD while playing

Ok so this is typical what happens. I play TF2 or Fallout New vegas and after few hours the game freezes. When I try ctrl+alt+del the whole machine freezes and after few moments the screen flickers and there is BSOD for one sec. I've seen that the ending is something like stop:0x0000003. Got any ideas why this is happening?

    Edit: Added the zip file.
