No, I can't be sure that it's the problem this time, but that was the problem the other time I saw it.

Try booting up a live Ubuntu CD and see if the mouse quirks show up there. See here: Download | Ubuntu

    no mouse prob

    hi

The third is a laptop yes,
the problem is not the mouse i think.
As i did discribe the prob before, this happens when system runs fine,
and i suddenly need to enter some folders.it can also happen when i will just close it not certain to open a folder.
then the folder jumps, and also the taskbar. It jumps only 1-2. then when i will close the folder,it jumps back. then the taskbar also go back to normal.Window color also goes to back. The window also look strange not like normal. Window color will turn black.
If i keep testing to open and close or i try to do other things that is when the system will go slower. If i keep run the laprop or ignore this, then it eventually frooze or get real slow.
So i have to close everything and reboot.
When it will happen i wil try to make a screen shoot of how the desktop looks like.

You could upload it to Youtube and post a link here, or upload it to a file-hosting site such as Uppit.

Thanks, that was quite helpful. I suspect a repair install will take care of that problem.
