Well another question is that can BSOD be prevented by the BIOS update, Reading many forum i got that it's very dangerous.

You only uploaded one DMP and that one was caused by your Avast. I would remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials and upload the rest of the DMPS.

Well i uninstalled avast but then i get another BSOD like IRQL_LESS_OR_NOT_EQUAL which stated the another new conflict from Realtec PCI-E fast eathernet NIC driver and three problems which caused the first BSOD.
I tried dmp file collector tool from this site but it couldn't collect any file so I just restored my Windows 7 from System Image and installed the COMODO INTERNET SECURITY free and it's working good as before for now.
COMODO INTERNET SECURITY also removed 4 viruses from system which were not detected by MALWAREBYTES ANTIMALWARE and AVAST INTERNET SECURITY with having all latest update.
Well I hope that I will not face BSOD problem again in future and I don't want to get it again.
If there are any another precautions that I should take too avoid the BSOD problem then please tell me that, Should i update my BIOS because I have not updated it from installation of the Windows 7 may be 1 year, On HP's web site I found that they also don't recommend the BIOS update these are details for BIOS:

    BIOS Details
    Name: Default System BIOS
    Manufacturer: Hewlett-Packard
    Version: F.12
    Copyright: HPQOEM - 1
    Date: 8/26/2008
    Size: 1,024 KB
And any precautions before the BIOS UPDATE or material or guide for procedure of BIOS UPDATE
