    2 PC's - Exact/Similar Builds - BSOD's! Related?

    Hi fellas,

I was hoping to grab some expert advice on why TWO of the PC's that I've built are having constant BSOD's. Okay so a little background first...

Computer 1 was built this year, 2011, in January. Now this PC has been running smoothly until I decided to reformat it and clear out on the clunk and junk on it. This was back in early September-ish I'd say. So after this, The BSOD's started popping up! Now I have not upgraded any hardware since building in back in Jan 11'.

Here are the important specs for Computer 1.
    MOBO: Gigabyte UD3
RAM: 4GB -can't remember the brand
    CPU: i5-2500k 3.3Ghz
    GPU: Gigabyte HD6950
    HDD: WD Black 500Gb
    PSU: Antec TruePower 750W
    OS: Windows 7 Pro x64

    Now onto Computer 2!
So a relative of mine decided to uprade his family PC which was closing in on its 10th birthday. Heard that I'd built a PC and decided to put that family bond that we share to good use :). So he decided he wanted the exact same build as Computer 1 but with slight changes. Here are the specs below. **Indicates changes to the first build.

    MOBO: Gigabyte UD4**
RAM: 8GB -can't remember the brand**
    CPU: i5-2500k 3.3Ghz
    GPU: Gigabyte HD6950
    HDD: WD Black 2TB**
    PSU: Antec TruePower 750W
    OS: Windows 7 Pro x64

Now no more than 1 week after I'd delivered his brand new spankin' PC to him, he came back to me reporting that his PC had been getting BSOD's. Now to be honest, I did sort of see it coming as Computer 1 had already been facing these issues. Upon delivery of Computer 2, I told him to report to me if BSOD'd at any time. I thought that Computer 1 was BSODing of another matter.

Now having 2 PC's that are facing the same issues, I am forced to conclude that these BSOD's might be related. Now I know that both PC's might have their seperate issues causing the BSOD's, but I am convinced somehow the two BSOD's are arising from the same issue.

I have attached the information files for both PC's but for some reason, I was not able to run the perfmon report on Computer 2. It would just give a timeout error during the 'generating report' stage.

Looking forward to any advice that is provided to me!

    Cheers.

No one out there can help me?

These BSOD's seem to be originating from ntoskrnl.exe and hal.dll files.

I am currently thinking I should just reformat Computer 1 again. But As Computer 2 already was a fresh install, albeit a different system, that this would not solve the issue.

    Suggestions, advice anyone, please?
