    Blue screen error, Locale ID: 1033


    DearTeam,

    I have compaq presario note book CQ-42 462 TU.
    Configuration: i5-460m,3GBDR3 RAM,320 GB HARD DISK.
    OS:WINDOWS 7 Ultimate,32 Bit
    Few days before my laptop hangs and displays blue screen error. Details are mentioned below.Can you tell me why this occurs ?and how to resolve this error?

    Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker You may need to run it 2-3 times to "fix" everything.


    Download install and update SUPERAntiSpyware.com - Downloading File


    Restart in safe mode and full scan with superantispyware.



    Finish with these steps and post back with any results.

    i have scanned laptop in safe mode with superantispyware.Scan logs are attached.
    two tracking cookies are found which are quarentined.Now what i have to do?
    I have purchased this laptop 6 months back.Till date this problem occurs 6 to 7 times.i have reinstalled windows two times.
    pls suggest...

    scan results i have attached with previous comment..it shows two Adware.Tracking Cookie found and i have quarentined it.Can i delete these cookies?

    No new BSD after that..but it happens around 6-7 times since last 6 months...

    Ok,if you finished with superantispyware scan and sfc scan we must wait for results.
