Windows 7 is stalling during general use for around 30 seconds every 10 mins.
There have been about 4-5 BSOD following the stalls.
Windows is on an SSD that is about 4 years old and reports 45% life remaining.
Any help is appreciated.

I recently came home from a weekend trip and I couldn't get into Windows at all. No safe mode, no last good configuration etc. I figured my little bro messed up something and was playing dumb.
Anyway every time I booted and I didn't attempt to stop it, it went into automatic start...
Last night, my computer (specification in signature) was running the folding@home client on both cores (nothing unusual about that) among other things and suffered a BSOD. After dumping something (memory or page file?), it restarted - it didn't stay on the screen, so I couldn't note down any...
