    - the original installed OS on the system?

    Windows XP

    - an OEM or full retail version?

    Full Retail version

    - What is the age of system (hardware)?

    4-5 years


    - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?)

    About 1 year

    Uninstall,install\update these software\drivers

    Realtek NIC

    Realtek

    Creative Audio Driver

    Creative Worldwide Support


    Finish with these steps and post back.
