Supposed BSOD playing many games, error 0x8080000000000000
I've been having crashes for going on two weeks now. During game play of many different games (WoW, SC2, L4D2, HAWX, the list goes on) as well as one or two whilst just watching media (Netflix in full screen, Itunes in full screen, and VLC in full screen).
At first I thought it may be a overheating problem so I reduced the settings on some of the games and monitored the temps up to a crash none of which were even near the "red zone". What seems to be odd about these crashes is that the BSOD is never actually displayed. The system freezes, most of the time the speakers or headphones emit a buzzing noise and then it restarts itself after a few minutes. The most recent crash, a crash while just loading the desktop, recovering from a crash of the same nature while playing WoW has even further baffled me.
The system is fairly new, it's a Asus G53jw-A1 I got it in January of this year. It's running Home Premium 64bit which came pre-installed and licensed.
