BSOD IRQL driver not less or equal

Ok I have had a custom computer built some time ago (1-2 years ago I think). I built it mainly for gaming and surfing the web. I have Windows 7 Professial 32-bit. The problem I have is the BSOD only happens when i surf the net. Different internet sites may or may not cause the BSOD. Sites like Google and e-mail are most of the time fine to go on. Games are always fine, even online ones; never happens during that, but if i have internet open, probably will. But other sites like with pictures and heaps of data cause a freeze and then the BSOD Driver not less or equal appears. This makes basically impossible to go on most sites. I have dealt with this problem by going on this computer (the one im posting from) each time i need to use the web. I think i've done the BSOD dump and system health report correctly in a zip file. Take a look:

Hi you dont have minidump in your folders.

    To enable minidumps read this

Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

    Then
we have to wait for a new crash\bsod.

And after that you will have to reupload the files.

In meantime a good start is to remove AVG from your system.

Ok this may seem like the easiest problem in the world but I followed your advice and uninstalled AVG. Restarted it and I have been on the web for like 2 hours now, going to different sites. Usually gamespot, wiki, ebay, imdb kill it immediately but now it loads within 2 secs and is fine. Images load in an instant now and i can actaully stay on the net for more than 10 mins now. This has been bugging me since i got it. Thanks heaps mate. Will leave the thread open for a week or so if it comes back.
