Windows 7: BSOD's in BF3

BSOD's in BF3

I recently built my own system;

Windows 7 Professional x64
i5 2500k
ASUS P8Z68-V Pro
8 Gb Corsair Vengeance
2x HD 6950 2Gb
Creative X-Fi Sound Card
64 Gb Crucial M4 SSD (Boot drive)
1 Tb Samsung Spinpoint F3

I've been having random BSOD's in BF3 but I'm unable to pinpoint the cause. I've reformatted and ensured I've installed the latest drivers for all my devices twice now but I'm still getting random BSOD's.

I enabled driver verifier and I instantly BSOD when the map has finished loading.

I'm going to run memtest overnight to see if that picks anything up, but incase this isn't the issue, is there anything else I can try?

Thank you to anyone who helps :)
