i did the steps in this link because i thought its a similair problem :

    Startup Repair Infinite Loop Recovery

and i messed it up because it told me in step 17 : If any one of them are 0 bytes, then you should stop what you're doing now and seek an alternative method of recovering your system, because Windows cannot function with a 0-byte size registry hive.

and i ddnt read that and now the only option appear in
Recovery Options screen is the startup repair only
plzzzzzzzzzz helppp i ddnt enjoy my labtop at all not even for an hour

Window Blinds probably is at fault. Uninstall it with Revo Uninstaller, see link below my sig.
Apparently Window Blinds is poorly written and can corrupt files.

If you cannot boot the system into Normal Windows, Safemode or run system repair, your only option is to reinstall Windows 7.

Try pressing F9 key during boot-up to bring up the HDD Recovery Partition.

    If no-go, check owner's manual - select "download", "Windows 7 x64", "manual" -

If system recovery does not work, you'll need to order replacement Windows 7 recovery discs from Asus -

Well, I downloaded windowblinds from Stardock Corporation - Software - WindowBlinds, installed it, and restarted . It didn't changed the SID, as always, and as expected.

On my desktop screenshot, the red boxed one is the downloaded file which I executed . Is my download file matches with yours ? With the one you executed which changed your SID ?
