    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7100.2.0.0.256.1

    Steps taken:
    -Reinstalled OS

    Windows 7 installed everything else.

Question, what happens if you break your RAID array and install to one of the drives?

I was going to question your chipset, but it being an Intel chipset I doubt that's causing issues. As well, newer ATI cards are rock solid in Win7...Only thing I could think of is RAID issues.

Try it with one stick of memory and install the other(s) after the OS loads. Just a thought.
