SDGO GUpdate_NORTH_AMERICA.exe has stopped working

Hello all! i realize im brand new to this forum but i have this issue that's been beating me up the past 4 days, as the title sais im trying to play this game called SDGO (Super Deformed Gundam Online) but whenever i try to patch the game it always gets to the same point then the window pops up saying (title name) with the "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available" BUT Windows never notified me :c
can someone please help maybe? idk if this is in the wrong section or not so sorry :P

Have you googled "Super Deformed Gundam Online patch problem"?

Or perhaps gone to the developers site to see if there is a fix?

Yes i have allready tryed google (only leads to foreign sites that dosn't work for me)
and the developers are copy pasting fixes from the wiki that i've allready tryed so :c
