Stuck on 1 Nvidia driver - BSOD

Well I've tried to update to the latest Nvidia driver, get a BSOD during the process. According to my control panel I'm on version 285.38 with .62 being the latest.

Running a Asus GeForce GTX 560Ti DirectCU II and a Asus M4A79XTD Evo

Managed to uninstall the drivers in safe mode then use a driver sweeper to make sure they were gone. Then installed the new drivers with no problems.. Weird!
