BSOD Device Driver attempting to- (URGENT)

I've posted this in the driver forums, but seeing this is urgent (I need my laptop for business) I'll post here too.

    Driver Power State Failure help

Currently browsing in safe mode, as this is the only way atm that I'm getting things done.
    Please help!

    x64, Original, OEM, 1+ year/s, no re-installations whatsoever.

.zip file contains jgcriff2 file, perfmon /report says system cannot find the path specified.

    Hello there!

Seems like you have Enabled Driver Verifier please disable it, Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable Also go to C:\Windows\Minidump and there should be more files upload them.

    Update the following Drivers:

    Code:
    hp pavilion webcam - sncduvc.SYS Mon Dec 29 14:44:26 2008
    Bugcheck:

    Code:
    DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION (c4)
A device driver attempting to corrupt the system has been caught. This is
because the driver was specified in the registry as being suspect (by the
administrator) and the kernel has enabled substantial checking of this driver.
If the driver attempts to corrupt the system, bugchecks 0xC4, 0xC1 and 0xA will
be among the most commonly seen crashes.
    Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000115, System didn't finish shutting down in a long time.

    Hello!

Driver Verifier is currently disabled. I only have one (minidump)file due to frequent running of CCleaner. What do you need aside from this minidump?

(Also, this aside, anyone know what is up with Starcraft II and this 'paged pool memory' error?)
